Choose the jaw that fits snugly around the body of the connector. Pinch the arms together and turn counter-clockwise. See the instructions for use for directions, warnings, cleaning and replacement. **Single patient use.** Dedicate one Yewtwist to each patient for the full course of their therapy. Clean it before and after each use, and replace it when the jaws show wear or on the schedule in the instructions for use. Statements about infection risk refer to the situations that raise it, such as damaged lines, improvised tools and hand contact at the open end of the line. Yewtwist has not been shown to reduce infection rates. Testimonials and case studies reflect individual experiences. Results can vary.
